DELAND, FL – November 5, 2018 – The Museum of Art – DeLand Guild is sponsoring its 24th Annual Teddy Bear Brunch to be held from 10 a.m. to Noon on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Museum located at 600 N. Woodland Blvd. Upon entering the beautifully decorated Museum lobby, the children will be presented with a new Teddy Bear of their very own to accompany them on their holiday experience. There will be a photo opportunity with the larger-than-life Arthur ‘Artie’ the Museum Bear.

Entertainment will include a sing-a-long with Jean Burns and a special performance by The Athens Theater from their December musical production of Holiday Inn. Finger sandwiches, fruits and cheeses will be served in addition to Teddy Bear cookies and celebration punch. Santa Claus will arrive to usher in the season and round out the event.

Museum Guild members will serve as hosts. The Teddy Bears are provided by a generous donor who wishes to remain anonymous and the Teddy Bear photos are printed courtesy of CVS Pharmacy located at 901 N. Woodland Blvd. in DeLand.

Tickets are $10 per person and the recommended ages to enjoy this event is 3 to 10 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult. To purchase tickets, call the Museum at 386 734-4371.
