2024 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING PROXY
MUSEUM OF ART, DELAND, FLORIDA, INC.
I, the undersigned member in good standing of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc., do hereby designate John Wilton, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc., as my proxy holder to attend the 2024 Annual Membership Meeting of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc. and to vote my proxy as indicated below.
On the matter of election of candidates to membership on the Board of Trustees, I vote:
Election to the three-year term ending September 30, 2027
- Bobbi Baugh – Bobbi Baugh is a past President of the DeLand Museum of Art and has served as a visiting artist with the Museum’s Arts on the Grow Head Start program. She serves as a Kindergarten classroom volunteer at Starke Elementary and is on the City of DeLand Mural Committee. She volunteers as a mentor graphics/website administrator for the Fall Festival of the Arts-DeLand, Volusia Remembers, Inc., and as exhibition committee chair and newsletter editor for the Studio Art Quilt Associates, Inc. Ms. Baugh brings her experience as a public speaker and her knowledge of graphic arts to the Board.
- Eric Lunde – Eric Lunde is the President/CEO of AdventHealth DeLand. He currently serves on the Boards of DeLand & Greater West Volusia Chambers of Commerce, Stetson University School of Music Advisory Board, and the AdventHealth DeLand Foundation Board. Eric is also a member of DeLand Noon Rotary. As a former art teacher, Eric has a passion for art and a desire to enhance the community.
- Judith Thompson – Returning Board Member
- Becky Vasquez – Becky Vasquez is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She is a founding member of the Embry-Riddle Women’s Giving Circle and serves as a CIO program mentor for Women in Leadership. Becky is a contributor to various publications and conferences related to technology in higher education. Ms. Vasquez brings experience and expertise in strategic planning, budget creation and oversight, policy creation, and a broad understanding of technology to the Museum.
