2025 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING PROXY

I, the undersigned member in good standing of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc., do hereby designate John Wilton, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc., as my proxy holder to attend the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc. and to vote my proxy as indicated below.

On the matter of election of candidates to membership on the Board of Trustees, I vote:

Election to the three-year term ending September 30, 2028

• Nina Ashley – Nina is a Senior Key Account Manager at Straight Up Collective and has been the main coordinatorfor two annual fundraiser events for the G&T Foundation.
• Linda Colvard Dorian – Returning Board Member
• Erica Group Kiel – Erica is an artist in residence for West Volusia Tourism and sits on the Community AdvisoryBoard for the Museum of Art DeLand, the DeLand Public Mural Art Committee, and ACED (Arts, Culture, andEntertainment District).
• Joan Lee – Returning Board Member
• Bree Meinberg – Bree is Vice President, Customer & Compliance Operations at Mindr Co. and has worked in thenonprofit sector for 20 years including volunteer experience with USO, Volusia Co. Basket Brigade, and Habitat forHumanity.
• Derek Ridgway – Derek is the owner of Sidecar Market in downtown DeLand and participates in variouscommunity charity events. Derek sits on the Community Advisory Board for the Museum of Art DeLand and isaffiliated with MainStreet DeLand Association.
• Natasha Watts – Natasha is an artist and social worker.
• Ian Williams – Returning Board Member
