2023 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING PROXY
MUSEUM OF ART, DELAND, FLORIDA, INC.
I, the undersigned member in good standing of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc., do hereby designate John Wilton, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc., as my proxy holder to attend the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting of The Museum of Art, DeLand, Florida, Inc. and to vote my proxy as indicated below.
On the matter of election of candidates to membership on the Board of Trustees, I vote:
Election to the three-year term ending September 30, 2026
- Becky Adesso – Becky currently sits on the board of the Neighborhood Center and the Matt Buth
Foundation. Becky’s non-profit participation includes organizations dealing with the cultural arts, hunger,
teen suicide, and books. She looks forward to helping organize Museum events and sharing her
numerous community contacts.
- Karen Allebach – Returning Board Member
- John Clifford – Returning Board Member
- Rebecca Dornsife – Rebecca is the Art Director at Suntup Editions, a limited edition book publisher. She
and her husband, Stephen, are art collectors who recently moved to DeLand from Delaware. Non-profit
experience includes: Ronald McDonald House, Meals on Wheels, and Young Rembrandts, an afterschool
enrichment program.

- Mary Jeanne Ludwig – Returning Board Member
- Lisa Ogram – Returning Board Member
- Dagny Robertson – Returning Board Member
- Peggy Smith – Peggy is a community volunteer and small business owner in DeLand (Sippin’ Smith, LLC).
She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and BAB Networking and serves as the event coordinator
for MainStreet DeLand Association.
