Featuring Thomas D. Mangelsen: A Life in the Wild
Art and Sound is a unique musical presentation showcasing the compositions of students from Dr. Chaz Underriner’s Advanced Scoring for the Media class at Stetson University.
Set against the backdrop of Thomas D. Mangelsen’s exhibition, A Life in the Wild, this event explores the intersection of art and sound. Each student composer has crafted immersive soundscapes inspired by Mangelsen’s photography, with every piece designed to enhance and complement the gallery setting. During the event, the artists will present their works, offering insights into their creative process and the connection between sound and imagery.
